We accept return or exchange applications within 14 calendar days after you receive the parcel. Items must be unused and kept in original intact packaging.
For defective products or wrong shipments, we will cover relevant costs for replacement or refund. If you return goods for personal reasons, the return shipping fee shall be borne by you.
Please contact customer service with your order number and item photos before sending back the goods. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.
